Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the DeLuxuria Chefs website and the engagement of chef services provided by DELUXURIA PASTRIES & CATERING LLC ("DeLuxuria"), a Puerto Rico limited liability company (Registry #563617, Merchant Registration #1587191-0015), with principal office at Urb Paisaje del Lago 57 Camino del Rio, Luquillo, PR 00773.

Bookings & deposits

A 50% deposit is required to reserve a date. The balance is due on the day of service.

Cancellation

Cancellations more than 14 days before service receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations between 8 and 14 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations 7 days or less before service are non-refundable.

Change-lock window

Menus and guest counts are locked 96 hours before service to allow for sourcing and prep. Changes inside this window require chef approval and may incur cost.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
